Do they change what S ranks classes can use like all S ranks for Protranser?

New PA and class limit?

And when will the success rate increase reward for cup take place?

Is it possible most S ranks will have 100 sucess rate because of this?

Is it possible that there will be a lot of 50% S ranks and kubara S ranks or is that bearclaw glitch gone?
