Aside from PC/PS2 getting Offline Story Episode 2 in AoI, I don't believe there is any other updates to Offline mode.

Indeed.
Offline means detached from the live online mode, there is nothing more to update, except getting a new release or expansion. ;]

True. The offline mode in AoI will be ahead of the online mode anyway...
