That's what I meant.. If a FF/GT wields a melee weapon, the player is a melee fighter. If a FF/GT wields a projectile, the player is a projectile gunslinger. Pretty simple, huh?

At heart, I'm a samurai gunman. But I like the guns a lot more than the blades in PSU. Blade use is much too tame and restrictive (at least, compared to the almighty Monster Hunter melee selection which has profoundly spoiled me) for me to strike and slash extensively, so shotguns do my melee combat.

As for magic, that's what my lovely elf princess companion is for. I like using it, but I should stick to my guns and ler her do all the burninating.

This poll is really limited and excluding to people who prefer multiple styles. For example I prefer teching and gunning. I can't really choose between the two as to which is more fun.....I feel torn by this poll.....
