AotI: Does the Japanese PS2-3/PC server already have 8 chara

Awhile back, I heard about the Japanese PS2-3/PC server receiving 8 charater slots for the expansion. Now that the expansion is out in Japan, does the server have 8 character slots for each gurdian subscription. Also has there been any sort of info shed, suggesting the US/EU 360, PS2/PC servers may receive the same privilage? Thank you for your time in advance.

I think they will get 8 total slots when they combine the Worlds (remember the JP version has 2 worlds of 30 Universes each). This is to allow those who have characters on both worlds to not lose some of them when the merge happens.

As far as I know, they have not merged yet, thus they do not have 8 character slots as of yet. Also, nothing of this nature has been confirmed for the US/EU servers.

Yeah, I'm a little bummed about this. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif My sister and I share our account; it would sure be nice to be able to have more than 2 chars each without having to pay for a whole second HL (things tend to be tight for us, so budgeting ONE HL in along with regular monthly Internet and other bills was a challange).

That be great and all if having another account weren't against the EULA and you could be potentially banned for it, not likely banned for it, but potentially. That's enough for me.

Secondly, not everyone who would like eight slots has the ability to import/download/whatever the game, and subscribe to it, or the desire to play in a language they don't know.

And lastly, it doesn't matter if it has been since the dawn of time that Japan has gotten that which we don't . It doesn't make it any more right.

I for one would love four more slots, however realistically speaking, yes, I'm aware it won't be happening. I'm not so much upset that it won't, so much as I am at the fact that after so many years Sega is still treating Japan to more just because they're Japanese and to make it worse in this case, on an international level.

It doesn't matter, having another account gives you unfair advantage and access to items and uses other players could not have without having another account.

(IE: Limited time items such as Song for Death, Frying Pan, Rappy Suit, etc.)
