No. You must score a perfect 10pt every mission in the respective rank, then head over to the Club on the 3rd floor of the Guardians' Colony and talk to Hal in order to exchange your 30 feathers for the following rewards:

30 = Rappy Mode
25 = Rabol Rappy
20 = Formalwear (male)
20 = Formal Dress (female)
15 = Bikini Swimwear (male/female)
5 = Petrified Rappy
3 = Maiden's Ship
2 = Rappy Figure
1 = Inverter Circuit
1 = Scapedoll

actually, you get the grenade launcher just for completing all the courses for one rank. I still haven't 10-ed moatoob or GC, and I got mine already. (not that I can use it, lol)

Well i have gotten 10 on all 4 C and B missions for my main human, alt cast and alt newman, And so far i have gotten 180 feathers, 3 rappy suits, and 3 song for deaths. just getting C rank finished on the final 4th alt so i can get my 4th suit and song for death. forgot to 10 moatoob on b for my beast lol

There seems to be a lot of confusion on this.

Song for Death: Clear all 4 missions in the same rank. Points do not matter, just clear the missions. You have the final week to do this if necessary.

Rappy Suit: Clear all 4 missions in the same rank with a 10-point rating.

You can get one Rappy Suit (to my knowledge) for each character, and one Song for Death per character.

Clearing the 4 missions on the same rank with 10 points also gives you 30 rappy feathers. The difference is that the feathers are awarded right after your defeat Dulk Fakis, so if your inventory is full you will not receive them, while the Rappy Suit will be given to you at the Trading Post mission.

Song For death is clearing any rank of the 4 missions, does not have to be same rank. I only had the colony one on C and didn't have all four C's completed yet but got the Song For Death.
