Thinking about comin back

None of you probably know me me, but i quit a while ago do you think now is a good time to get back in the game.

Yes, with 1up cup still going on for basically 2 more weeks, and the expansion, AoI coming out in a little over 2 weeks, this is the perfect time to come back.

Depending on when you quit also, the game may be drastically different from how you remember it also.

With the extra exp you will get from it will help u level faster then normal plus the drop rate will help you get some S ranks. then 4 days after this event AOI. Perfect time to come back. You can make a hefty sum of money, MP, and find tons of materials and rare boards once you can do A rank well.

I just came back after about 9 months(?)

when I left, I figured all my stuff would be deleted, so I gave away everything to random people (I had a lot of high ranking staff/rods and a tonn of meseta). Well, I started up the account again - its very easy on teh xBoxen, and wouldn't you know, there was my level 60 Fortetecher.

I had no money or wands 'n such, so I had to punch and kick my way through LL to get a little cash to spend http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

but now, with the 1up cup, and week later, my little newman girl is a lvl 10 Ranger, lvl 8 Hunter and a lvl 6 Fortetecher...

With AoI around the corner I was wondering if it was worth coming back at the moment. I think my max level was only around 40, but I did enjoy the game. Now what with the 1up going on I think I won't be able to find anyone to play with, etc.

Anyone else just very recently come back?

There's loads of people playing missions appropriate to your level (on the 360 at least). Start now - use 1up as your way of reacquainting yourself with the game, and you'll be back in the swing of things and a few levels higher come AoI.

There's alot of people doing B runs in the cup, with 250% in the cup you'll gain alot of levels before AoI.

If you have the disk, you may as well take advantage of this event. Leveling is 2.5x easier, and rare items are fairly common. After the cooldown of the event, we get the AoI update, which completely changes the game. Then we get AoI four days afterwards.

I'd say there's reason enough to come back.

I have a question. How do you re-buy your gear if you don't have any meseta or weapons to hunt with? The only way I can think of is staying in parties and getting the mission reward, and going from there.

Just get 10 pts on C rank on the current mission, then next week get 10 pts on C rank on the 3 other missions!
