Anyone know the synth rate % for the blackheart?

Blackheart is 11*, 85% is the 10* melee weapon success rate.

91% with element in AOI w/o 1up bonus.

All non-kubara melee S ranks have the same synth % in v1.

Is that before or after ST fixed the rates? The wiki has a mix of the two and I don't know if they ever did anything about all of the changed rates that maint.
