why??? neutral=waste of money to make, It will be hard to find someone dumb enough to make an s rank neutral

...there are a couple of these out, cause crea doubles were one of the first S-ranks out and when somone found they saw the chance of it go down thus neatul will come, and btw neatrul doesent meen garbage i t just wont get the damge bounus on an other element
