Heard that you won't be able to stack buffs and debuffs in AoI to level them up - if true then I will have to get to leveling them once 1up's over. If they don't stack the case how is acrotecher going to ever get to level 50 support buffs???

Considering their buffs cap at 40, that's a good question. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

And I'm not sure if that's the case or not. I'll wait until a AotI AT player answers. If they did, that's yet another reason that I'm giving up on being an AT, there's quite a few more.

Currently, Acrotechers can only have LV40 support TECHNICs. No photon arts go to LV50 (online) yet.

But, buff parties still work.

Through normal use?

Besides. Until they increase the cap to 50, levels 32-40 are completely pointless.

Wow. Am I the ONLY person who leveled buffs/debuffs naturally? You'd be surprised how quickly I got mine to level 21, then to level 30. And I don't even play all the time.

It really won't be that much of an issue....

I would be surprised, considering it took me a good... three hours solid, dedicated casting with a 6-person party to hit 11 across the board, and probably another nine to ten to hit 21.

Time flies when you're having fun....

I leveled mine while running missions with friends. Luckily, my friends didn't mind that my buffs weren't 100% leveled. As such, I don't even know how long it took me. All I do know is that I acheived the same results as buff partiers with out the boring buff parties. Plus, I was gaining Meseta from the missions. And items. And Experience. And MP's....

Yes. And after that, levels 42-50 are completely pointless. I don't see your point.

ya it took me almost 9 hours of straight casting with a me/quick, wand, and 6 person party just to get em all 27-30 lol

My point is somewhere I heard that they don't stack so it sounded like you would have to wait for it to wear off and re-cast to gain levels. I am not fond of buff parties either, but through my normal usage my buffs are only around lvl 27. Maybe if I didn't solo so much...

My mistake on the AT - thought they would be getting lvl 50. Not really interested in AT, so haven't really looked into it.

I personally leveled my buffs each to about 12 naturally by soloing with NPCs. I only got to a buff party to get them to 21 for 1up since I actually wanted to not be booted by people for not having stong enough buffs, though I think that is a completly stupid reason to boot someone...

And thats some good friends you have. I know people who got booted IMMEDIATELY for having under 21 buffs. Leveling naturally is a very slow process, but doing it the other way is a nightmarishly boring.
