So im wondering about the Elements%s will we be doing alot less with 50% weps than right now or more,
same with armor?

50% items will still be doing as well as they have in the past. The adjustment was made to make neutral and lower percent items more usable in situations.

thats real nice i can buy 10% weps now every now and than

It's not a huge difference, 50% weapons will still own 10% ones.
