hmm.. hard to determine
a lot of people think me / hp restore is best, since although it doesnt restore much per point it does have a higher rate of restoration

it seems the tero / hp restore, and har / hp restore take longer time to put hp back, and are relegated to being trophies for completing ex bonus missions.

actually I tested this
Hard/hp restore heals half as often as me/hp restore
but it heals for 3 times as much

so with 2500 hp, in the time Me/hp restores twice or 2x25, hard/hp will restore 1x75.

75 > 50

hard/hp is definitely better than Me/hp

as for tero/hp idk, cause I don't have it

well, the effect of HP regen can be calculated by this formula :

( "SE LV" +3 ) sec per "SE LV" %

me/hp = 4 sec per 1%
tero/hp = 5 sec for 2%
hard/hp = 6 sec for 3%
