Rappy Mode what does it do?

Hi i have checked the data base but it just says what the actual units says on the lable can any one tell me what it actually does?

is it worth losing my hp restore to use this item (unit) thanks in advance.

MST reduces the amount of damage you take from techs. MST = Mental Strength

rappy mode is a worse version of hard/stamina

hard/stamina gives +6 END, with no dumb visual effects while rappy mode is like puyoment aura, both with +4 END and dumb visuals that get old after 1 block

they're also not worth much because anyone can get them easily, they cost 30 feathers, and that's the prize for getting 10 points on all 4 missions, on any rank, so anyone can have 90 feathers per character
