I thought it was a very large number for successful crit hits. Something like 4-6?

Depends entirely on the weapon.

IIRC, you get 1 PP back per target hit with a normal attack. With crits, I am not sure. I will look into it later.

Will there be a PP regeneration increase if the player wields a Halarod instead of a sword? I mean.. Using resta drains about 18-25 PP and each tick is worth 3 PP, will there be an increase in the expansion?

PP regen is melee stuff only...

Well, hopefully it'll be some DECENT amount for crits, or else I'll have to carry lots of spare weapons and burn through charges as I level melee Skills just like regular PSU.

PP regeneration is not uniform across weapons. Not only that but the amount of pp you regain goes up with the second and third hits of the normal combos. I've been thinking of making a list of the pp regen for each weapon so I'll start a small list that I can recall off the top of my head and add to it tomorrow when I can get on. Keep in mind these numbers are per hit and per target so if you want the total a weapon can do just add up the max hits and targets it could strike at a time and multiply it by the pp regen listed.

Saber
1st combo: 1 pp (normal) 2 pp (critical)
2nd combo: 4 pp (normal) 5 pp (critical)
3rd combo: 6 pp (normal) 7 pp (critical)

Twin Saber
1st combo: 1 pp (normal) 2 pp (critical)
2nd combo: 2 pp (normal) 4 pp (critical)
3rd combo: 4 pp (normal) 6 pp (critical)

Double Saber
1st combo:1 pp (normal) 2 pp (critical)
2nd combo: 3 pp (normal) 4 pp (critical)
3rd combo: 2 pp (normal) 3 pp (critical)

Spear
1st combo:1 pp (normal) 2 pp (critical)
2nd combo: 2 pp (normal) 4 pp (critical)
3rd combo: 3 pp (normal) 6 pp (critical)

Slicer
1st combo:1 pp (normal) 2 pp (critical)
2nd combo: 2 pp (normal) 4 pp (critical)
3rd combo: 3 pp (normal) 6 pp (critical)

Twin Dagger
1st combo:1 pp (normal) 2 pp (critical)
2nd combo: 2 pp (normal) 3 pp (critical)
3rd combo: 2 pp (normal) 3 pp (critical)

And that's about what I can remember at the moment. I'll double check everything tomorrow and get more weapons up if people want to see the info on them but basically the PP regen for weapons makes it where you'll never have to worry about running out of pp unless you do nothing but spam PAs.

Good thing I am going to buy an Orpaline/Power Charge tomorrow. I am sure it will help me do S-ranks much faster...
