Kon-el is from that OD house of El he has the abilities of Kal-el (Tha baddest mothafucka in the universe because God favor him or some shit..) He's also his clone of 50% of his genes so he has all the powers of the overman with tactile Telekenesis.
He's 1/4th of Supes strength but we all know that's still insane.
Now remember the only thing that can kill a monster is a man. :E
