Can't speak for Best Buy or large-scale stores like that, but for EB Games/Gamestop, this is true. Actually... not even "barely any", more like "none." Obviously for HUGE releases there will be plenty of copies, and even for most average games there will likely be SOME, if not in every store than at least in every district. But for something fairly niche like PSU, if there are no pre-orders at a store, it's entirely likely that store will get NONE. Or maybe like...2.
They actually wanted us to use that to get customers to pre-order the next time, cause pre-orders were one of the things they REALLY wanted us to push. Angry customers would be like "You didn't get ANY!?" "Well...if you had PRE-ordered it...." lol

I plan to buy it once it is available in stores. I believe the release date of Nov. 20th is a pre-order shipping date and not the same as the street release date. One way or the other, once I go to the store and see them selling it, I will be buying it as soon as possible. Oh wait.. That also means that I better start saving up meseta in PSU beforehand. With only 2 weeks left, I wonder if its possible to reach LV100 and save up 2 million meseta before starting an alt. character and do the same thing. I wish I hadn't corrupted my original ps2 memory card, it surely saves time. Instead of starting a 2nd alt. character, I now have to work on my main character. Tough work!!!

Edited: If I fail to obtain the desired levels, equipment, and meseta in PSU. I will just buy AOI and not play it until I get to a desired amount of meseta in PSU first. It still works!!! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
