Is there anything on holding more items or storing more items in your pm that goes beyond 99max?

Nope. 99 is highest. You can always just wrap them in gifts.

In AoI you will be able to hold multiple item of the same name in your common box. However, the quantity of each item will still be 99

That's only possible if you have the NPC deliver it to your box. It won't let you put more by yourself.

also there is an item called the nano transformer which increases the total # of items which your pm can hold.

and you can use your shop for storage w/o being an asshole, thx to price search (^_^)
