I actually went ahead and recorded recovery rates with each one and saw the exact time in windows movie editor.

Tero: 2% per 6 seconds
Hard: 3% per 8 seconds

That means that Tero is only one second slower than Hard in terms of same amount of HP recovered. The difference between Me and the other two is huge, though. 12 seconds vs. 9 and 8, respectively, for 3% hp.

Keep in mind though, sometimes you need HP in a crunch. How much is Hard/HP gonna restore in 6 seconds? 0%. Me would have restored 1%, Tero 2%.

Overall Hard is the best though.

Mm, two seconds isn't too much time to wait though, and if you're in a crunch you'd want something better than regen to heal yourself. For that reason, though, you could say that Tero may be slightly better than Hard, but I doubt it'll make much of a difference.

I still want my 10% regen I had offline, by the way. Closer to Godliness than cleanliness.
