AotI: 11* tech Synth Rate

So on a pure tech bot whats the Synth rate on 11* Tech weapons. Just got a Tesbra, and am waiting for AotI Synth bonus and 1up bonus.

86% is the base rate on 11* Tech/Ranged weapons on a 100 PM.

Viper is 10*, and is 81% (I'm pretty sure, Lyrise will correct me if I'm wrong), not 86%.
