According to JPN psu wiki it is a set with the nightwalker dblsabers. Not sure the exact stat bonuses since melee seems not to have a standard % bonus.

Yeah, you have to be the all powerful Ultimate Master Class Chuck Norris in order to equip it, and in order to get the Chuck Norris job, you need to get Fighmaster, Gunmaster, Masterforce, and Acromaster all to level 30. Meh, I don't really have any CASTs, so I can really care less for an Extra slot, the most important ones for me are Arm and Body, and Head for my female Newman. The extra slot would be nice for aura slots or HP restore though.

What bug? I've found dropped Gi-senbas in the Cherry Blossom mission, and they had an element...

although I also found 2 neutral Cardia-senbas in a row, so idk.
