Are there any "free" isp's

I only have aol which sucks cuz i can't connect because thats's not really a isp, anyone out there use a free isp and play pso? I i'm going to try to get juno and some others, but your help will be apprieciated.

hey! heres a free isp. http://www.dotnow.com theres a list of local access numbers then. i cant uise i though since there is no local access number for my area! I use juno and its a bitch. i havent been able to get online yet! anyway i hope this site helps ya!
