Slicer and Whips will have a PA at launch you can buy at the store. All other weapons get new PA Frag exchange in a later update, including a second for whip and slicer.

PA frags are rather inconvenient, but it's not like they're hard to farm.

oh well, guess I just need to make a few pa runs to get enough to buy all the ones I want: absolute dance, cross hurricane, twin daggers.
Oh and is the twin claw one really only 10 frags, because then I might definitely get that one.

Really? where do you get them? I need to get Giresta and that cool spear PA. I only have 3 PA fragments and I got them from the Firebreak missions.

You get them for S-Ranking S or S2 missions. S-Rank performance on an S-Rank Mission = One PA Frag. S-Rank performance on an S2-Rank Mission = Two PA Frags.

If your able to do S or S2 you get them for S ranking it S=1 S2=2
