chances on crea doubles?

When AOI comes out what would be the chances of sythisizing a crea doubles with a 81 striking parner machine?

The Wiki lists the max rate with a 100 PM as 90% for an elemental Crea Doubles, so I would assume that a 81 Striking PM would turn it out at an 86% rate (4% lower for the lack of 20 striking).
