Class Advice.

Hi everyone!

I know what your thinkin "Noooo the noob strikes again lol"

Anyway hehe I still not had chance to get the game today but should be getting it tuesday or friday.

I decided I wanna be a Newman elf thingy and Force.

But as I been told theres more advance versions or Force like fortecher etc

What advance types of force is there and whats the info on them?

Fortetecher is the advanced from of Force. They have lv 30 technics. (lv 40 Offensive and 30 Support in AoI) You can call them "supporters" or "nukers" as people love to ally themselves with.

Wartecher which is a hybrid of Hunter and Force. They use melee weapons in combination with magic. They have lv 20 Skills and Technic (Lv 30 Skill, Lv 30 Offensive and 20 Support in AoI).

Guntecher which is a hybrid of Ranger and Force. They use Ranged Weapons in combination with Magic. They have lv 30 Bullets and 10 Technic (Lv 40 Bullets, lv 20 Offensive, and lv 30 Supprt in AoI IIRC).

Then there is Acrotecher which is a hybrid of Force Ranger....Hunter...maybething. They use Supportive techics alongs with whatever fits their needs (Whips mostly). They have lv 40 Support lv 30 Offensive and 20 Skill.

Just choice which one you think fits you best! Hope this helps!

The advance force types are Fortetecher, Guntecher, Wartecher, and Acrotecher.

Fortetecher is your pure damage force. It can use all damage techniques to level 40 and support techniques to level 30 as well as access to all force weapons. It does more tech damage than any other class. It also has level 30 bullets with cards and bows as well as level 10 skills with sabers, daggers, spears, twin daggers, and whips.

Guntecher is a ranger with support techniques. It has level 40 bullets and access to all guns except grenades. It can use wands and madoogs for casting its 30 support and 20 attack techniques. It also has the lowest TP (PSO’s MST) of the teching classes.

Wartecher is a hunter with damage techniques. It has level 30 skills, 20 bullets, 30 attack techs, and 20 support. It can use all melee weapons aside from axes, double sabers, and slicers. Like all partial forces, it cannot access rods.

Acrotecher is your pure support force. It can use some melee, some ranged, and some damage techs, but specializes in its level 40 support techs. It also has a very compact weapon selection compared to the other 3 classes.

A comparison like that is just as bad as her saying "newmans are elves". It's still "Megid her until she dies in a fire of Megid' worthy.

It's kinda sad that newmans have been reduced to being the "elves" of the Phantasy Star universe, though. They were once considered the product of combining biomonster and human DNA with powerful melee and magical abilities. Now (at least until AoI comes out), they've been labelled useless for melee combat.

Well, if I remember that was the old Newman from the original PS series.

IIRC, now Newmans were beings made for superior intellect and Beasts were made for superior strength.

Wasn't aware you didn't have your disk yet. My apologies. Get one as soon as you can so you can reap all the goodies of the Cup! Also, the expansion on the 20th is vastly increasing the meseta drop rates (and increases it even FURTHER for the number of players in your party), so money will be a lot easier to come by.

The bio-engineered half-monsters with pointy ears but weren't quite elves, highly proficient with support techniques and destroying enemies, meant to be disposable soldiers but adjusted to become breeding soldiers?
