The most effective ways to raise PM's

I'm just starting to get into PSU seriously again, and this means making PM's. I was just wondering what the best way to raise one of each type was?

I have raised a Strike PM with mates up to 75, and am working on a Ranged one now. I have been using traps of both varietys (sp) and it seems to be going ok. Is there a better way?
On a side note, just got a groovy juice board. The juice good for anything?

Also, 1UP is excellent for raising Striking and Technic PMs do to 6* weapon drops from EX C.

i jsut do some C and B Ex runs on parum for my striking bot! super easy since they give u a bunch of striking weapons everywhere XD

(on B i think the polahvoras drop a bunch fo laser canons for a range PM)

For Ranger bots, wait for the super holy luck weeks. We get fireworks again.

For Armor bots, wait for AOI. 10* clothes for 1000 meseta.
