I HAD 98 of them but then i went and dropped them all in an EX mission with the mechgun gltich on so i could kill stuff while droppping all 98 inverter circuits so no one could pick up rares! XD

You can get a completed version of them with 25% Light at the Casino for 3 silver coins.

Also, complete ingredients:

Inverter Circuit x 2

100% rate on any PM, and as beatrixkiddo said, they always come out with 50%. That doesn't stop them from being a 3* Kubara weapon though. =p

EDIT: Also, Fluorescent, not Flourescent. ;o
