And why are people saying they are better than their counter-parts? Do they get rid of the 10% of PA's with Kubara weapons in AotI?

Kubara weapons have better grind stats than their normal counter-parts. At least, that's what I thought anyway.

Waitwaitwaitwait, they're removing the PA penalty on Kubara melee weps in AoI? Are you serious? Is there proof out there that the 10% ATP PA penalty is indeed removed from Kubara melee weps? If so I feel stupid for shunning not getting DBV Axes in the 1up cup... not like I've seen them drop, but still.

I used a normal Knuckle and a Kubara Knuckle. The difference in ATP was 2. I used Ick Hick which has a large ATP multiplier so that any difference in ATP would be more evident.

It seems to support the -10% removal, but now I'm hearing stuff about S rank Kubaras losing 10% still, but I haven't seen much to support that..

-10% reduction on S rank kubara is just dumb. There was no reason for this at all seeing as the kubara weapons have low ATP. What idiot programed this. Same with crea weapons.
