AotI: GRM Bows

Okay, so I was looking at the item databse, and I decided to look at the grm bows because I haven't seen those yet, so I set the search filter for aoti bows between 7 and 15 stars, and what did I find no grm bows. So I set the search again for all stars and I see the bows. They look decent but will we only be given b rank bows from grm in the expansion? Oh and another bow question, the 6 star kubara knoc-off longbowic, how simliar is it in terms of grinding as the alteric, does it increase as much?

No A-Rank GRM bows have been released yet. I haven't see anything yet to suggest that they do exist. We'll just have to wait and see.

I'm also pretty interested in the up and coming GRM bows. Especially the 2* one, the "Arrow Shooter", because the name is so clever.

But really, they look nice.

GRM bows look pretty neat, but they look like they'll have some clipping issues for shorter characters, which may stop me from using them. :<

The only problem I have with the new bows is that they are too tall. If you have a short character, they clip the floor pretty badly.

I might use the longbowic if it grinds as well as the alteric, cheap to produce low ata req. and good power already have me making alteric for my low-level newman, whenever I decide to level her up in the expansion.If the lonbowic is more powerful, then I might make those instead of alterics.

I posted a picture of Longbowic(10) a while ago... forgot the stats though. Think it had less Ata, but more PP and Atp.

Alteric +10: 667 ATP, 268 ATA, 1274 PP
Longbowic +10: 706 ATP, 180 ATA, 1224 PP

88 ATA is not worth giving up for 39 ATP. Sorry.

thanks, what I needed to know. I'll have to try them both out to figure which one I'll go for, I'll probably stick to alteric and have a longbowic for looks.

Thanks to President Dallgun (may he R.I.P.), the residential area of the Colony was spared. The expansion will not lose my interest, so CoD4 would be a waste, because I will be on the expansion as much as possible.

I'm just not playing PSU now because my class is within the expansion, and I have my weapons ready to go. (except Whips, Madoogs, and Shadoogs)

I love my Alterics, am planning to get them ground as high as possible come AotI. I actually dislike how A rank bows look, so am looking forward to the GRM bows, maybe their looks will have what the current ones are lacking.

It was stated by ST that they were gonna put in some weapons from new makers in order to help out beginners. I guess this is where the GRM longbows and rods and Youmei shotguns come in at. I rather doubt that we'll see any of these above B grade since if they were in A grade they would surely be available from the start.

someone has found S rank yohemi rifle. there are also A rank yohemi shottys.

Did I mention rifles at all? Youmei rifles exist at A grade so they can exist at S grade as well. Though just because a new maker makes A grade for a weapon doesn't necessarily mean S grade will exist for it either.
