I know its supposedly a rare drop in Normal Ruins on all Ids, but I have no luck in finding one. my FOmarl will be hitting 100 soon, and a Safety Heart would be a great asset.
Here's what I'm offering, all are items I have found personally, and none have been traded for. I am 100% they are legit in other words. Weapons that are ground, are ones I used for a while before upgrading.
