Usually things are not on xbox live till like 2 am EST time. (Usually!!!!! or when ever the hell they feel like hitting upload on the XBL servers)

Or they may wait till the whole world is in Tuesday (like 6 AM EST).

Then again they could role it out (EST gets it at 12am then an hour later CST then a houre later MST and so on.....
