When to synth?

I'm confused, when will be the best time to synth some 10* items? Is it better to synth right after this event with the 15% or during AOI? Also, will our 15% boost be carried into AOI?

of course our boost will be in AOI! it lasts 2 weeks and AOI SHOULD be out 2 weeks after XD

I am waiting till I physically convert my account and play AOI to do any synths that I got from 1up.

Edit: and also when the luck and boots are in effect in AOI as well

I would wait until it's confirmed that we've received our 1UP rewards before you do anything major.
