Duping/item modding isn't necessarily bad, but it's abused much too much. I mean, if you were a victim of an FSOD and had your inventory wiped, then I'd say a copy of the items you lost is fine. Also, at least back in the DC version, I tried out s-rank weapons that I was uncertain with before I went through c-mode to earn them. I ended up avoiding the Harisen weapon cause, after making one and trying it, it wasn't that great.
It's a touchy subject, but duping is somewhat okay only in certain instances. If you're not okay with it, don't do it. If you're okay with it, do what you will. Not much can be done either way. *shrug*
Hey, different strokes for different folks after all.
You can flame me all the heck you want, but I'm not gonna read it. >:)

Back in v2 I lost 3 S-Rank weapons due to pk. I just did c-mode against to reclaim those weapons.
Duping/Cheating is wrong at the core, and if you lost an item due to an unforseen event, tough. But, I'll be damned before I overlook my beliefs and "make" a weapon that I lost.
I actually saw that post in GameFAQs. I didn't even bother posting in it since I had serious doubts that the guy can understand concept.
