AotI: Can Acrotechers use Storm Lines in AotI?

Since all ranger classes get them, and you need level 3 ranger to unlock the class, do they get Storm Line access?

I believe all partial rangers can use Stormline in AoI, according to the JP wiki. No idea about Protranser though.

Guntecher
Acrofighter

Kinda nice that jobs that can make good use of the Storm handgun can use it now (sorry Kef).
