k thx so after AotI realeses so some S and A synths with b up to 90-100% if they add it on to the AotI Synth Boost

Probley not 100% will be added because of that glitch people did, so the highest will be like 99%, unless they fix that in the expansion.

[Remedy]

They fixed the glitch already, and yes, they'll be 100% with the 1UP Bonuses, depending on base rate. (10* Elemental weapons will be 100%, as will ALL 11* synthesis)
