View Full Version : PSU-PC/PS2: Welp, we've surpassed "normal" maintenance time.

Remedy

Normal being the 11-4 PST window on the website. It's 6:20 CST, which is 4:20 PST, so yeah.

Any bets on when it finishes? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Dunno, but its your pre AotI patch so i would expect it would be longer, there putting in a lot of new features.

DarkShadowX
Nov 16, 2007, 07:21 AM
Agreed I knew it was coming since we're getting the AotI Patch so it would take longer than the 360 servers, since they didn't get said patch and had regular maintenance instead.

From Clumsy on the offical website

To give you guys an idea of what's going on from our end, we're fixing issues that we find with the server changes for both PSU and AOTI. Meaning, we essentially have to double our testing load, and check in a lot of new content with the patch and expansion. We're definitely extending beyond our normal 5 hour window, and will update our website with information as we get it/confirm it.

lol, well I've just been messing around with my guitar and my keyboard, which are both electric so no worries here.

As for Crysis, I think my comp can handle it from what I've already heard from a friend of mine. Too bad I don't have it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Yeah, I haven't acquired Crysis either, so *shrug*. I'm pretty sure that Trinity can handle it, though, since I built it to hold up to both Crysis and UT3.

Nov 16, 2007, 07:55 AM
Most newer computers can handle crysis, just that the graphical settings will be lower, Which isn't a big deal in that game, since the game looks great. Though, right now I am quite fond of playing on a mix of very high and high.

Eggs and Waffles, I might actually have energy today. My computer can handle things decently, but I honestly need to get an AM2 motherboard. My 939's out of date, so my processor selection is pretty limited... My Video Card should still be fine, but it wouldn't hurt to upgrade.

Thanks for your patience

Looks like we could be waiting almost 10 hours, if they are saying this upgrade is a double load.

Im just kinda confused why Sega does not have a seperate test server and client instead of making last minute adjustments.
