Probably an offline SUV. Might be Paradis Cataracte at that price actually - the Heaven Punisher SUV.

Someone posted a screen shot of a player in shop and even showed the shop menu.

The SUV was listing 6 or 7 Stamina

Highest STA SUV is Paradis Cataract, which is +5.
IIRC, it is a Casino Prize in a recent JP update.

I've seen several expensive shop items (don't know what they are) for AoI offline, but their prices were reduced to far more reasonable amounts online.

Paradis Cataract is still offline on JP servers.
