With the new formula change, can u still be immune to megid, foie, ect or not get hurt from enemy attacks with high % armors?

Should still be possible. A level 30+ F Newman FT 4 with 46% Dark Ageha and retier 21+ can zero out Level 55 Deljaban megid.

A 110/15 M Human FF with 24+% lightning armor and megistaride can zero out level 50 Go Badira's attacks.

Depends. As Shiryuu said, yes in some cases. If you mean Lv100 enemies, then, lolno.
