360: Photon arts

im not sure weather to lvl the 10k claw pa to 21. i got the 36k one to 21 and its awsome. also wondering what the ultimate pa for the claws looks like and is it woth it to get it.

No really though, I think all photon arts are worth getting 21 of. Usually, or at least all i've had, the 3rd part of photon arts is the coolest

It DOES help. I told you that getting PA's to level 21 is worth it, because the 3rd sequince is usually the best.

The ultimate twin claw PA is definitely worth getting to 21, the third attack is the best one.

BUT Renzan Seidan-ga (36k PA) is undeniably the best of the three. Thrid part of Rensan Senshou-ga (frag PA) is the best part, but the first two are so slow its easy to get interrupted before that. Interruption is equally problematic with Bukuu (10K PA) and it pretty much sucks in general.

-New Frag PA (10 PA frags lolololol) that will be released in 2 updates IIRC. High mod, perhaps a bit too much forward movement, and the third part looks terrible, but we'll know fairly soon just how useful it is (at that frag cost, who could resist?)

I'll have to keep that stuff in mind. Now that Wartechers can (from what I have read?) get their striking arts to 30 this is actually going to start to matter to me. I am excited about having stuff to level again, lol.
