Questions for X360 AOI

Well im planning on getting the expansion, but my friend still wants to get the actual game. He cannot afford to pay the fee...so he was wondering if after the expansion comes out if he has to pay for the servers(Without buying expansion)

My question is, Will the X360 servers still cost 10$ a month or will they cost more(With buying expansion)
