do fortetechers get level 40 support or not?in the sticky it says 30,and in another thread I just saw 30 again but all this time I remember seeing a screenshot of fts having level 40 in both tech categories,and several threads in the past stating such.

just when I thought things coudlnt possibly make any less sense for fortetechers...

can someone confirm,from AOI,FOR SURE,what the hell the deal is with this matter.

and do me a favor dont post me a link to something cus I already checked the other shit and it said one thing when I am led to beleive another and Im not about to spend the 4 hours it will take to dig that up and prove my point.right now I am seeing 30 but I know for a fact in the past Ive seen things saying that they get 40 support.

I guess so then.doesnt make this concept any less retarted,though.an acrotecher iwht level 30 techs nad level 40 buffs will be just as strong as a ft with level 40 techs and level 30 buffs.cept theyll be casting faster,and doing awesome melee damage too.and have twice the HP.

ft's went from challenging to play to completely pointless.

say what you want about how ft's get rods and will ultimately outdamage an AT,but its kinda stupid that a class NEEDS an extremely powerful version of a certain weapon to outdamage an inferior class.a fortefighter doesnt have to try very hard to outdamage a fighgunner using dus daggas.should be the same exact thing between an FT using gidiga and an AT using gidiga.looks like that is not happening,though.

yeah,I know.but us force players want to know the best way to use technics.we dont use 50% weapons or high level SE bullets to solve our problems,we just cast the best way we can.DPS is boosted hugely by a har/quick,and if at's have a me/quick built in, then a har/quick is going to HUGELY boost their DPS,moreso than a FT,even obviously with less TP than a FT.

tell you what.can I get a volunteer to help me out with this?with someone who plans to go acrotecher,Ill plan a night where we can get in a game and run a few tests.(360 servers only please,or if a pc/ps2 person wants to just submit info on these boards that would work too but Id rahter have it done in the same game that way we can kinda communicate and have a better test.)well test AT damage vs. FT damage and see how it compares,using both rods and wands for ft's and seeing how it stacks against an AT's stuff.that way we can actually shed some light on this rather than speculating and everybody thinking that AT's will be better TECH dps'ers.this way we will know for sure.

so,volunteers?will a future acrotecher from the 360 servers join me in a little test.

Donkeybeatz made them. There's a "noticeable" difference in speed, but the AT and FT difference is just a Me / Quick...which I'm pretty sure every Force class who wanted one has now.

try this.. erase character -> create male cast -> FF

that should take care of your FT troubles.
