another question about synth

I'm on 360 by the way. So the expansion hits tuesday, increasing synth rates and percentages of success, but also the 1upcup increase, will this be added soon aswell?

i'm bascially asking am i going to have very high chances of success on my weapons if i just wait a bit longer?

Actually, it'll probably be either this thursday (the 22nd) or next (the 29th) that we get the 1UP bonuses.
