AotI: Will probably have a PS3 next month, questions about c

So, I was talking with someone in-game last night and they said they heard that AOI doesn't work on the PS3. Is that true?

Also, I have heard that PSU won't run on some PS3s and it only works on the 60GB? I plan on getting a 20GB, but PSU won't run on that?

PSU runs on the 20gb, 60gb and 80gb versions of the PS3.
The 40gb version won't run it, but then again it won't run any PS2 game (it's one reason why the 40gb is cheaper).

I run PSU on my PS3 (although I mostly play on the PC, I have multiple PSU versions, I blame the collector/Phantasy Star fanatic in me), so I'm pretty sure AOI runs on the PS3 as well since it's still pretty much the same engine with new content and not much else.

PS2 games run on the 40gig just not now. :E
So avoid. The other's it's gravy.
AOI will be fine.

Yes, they eventually will run on the 40gb version, which will be whenever they add PS2 software emulation from scratch.
The components (some specific conductors in the recent models, unlike the early JP models of the PS3 which had the actual PS2 board inside) they were using to emulate the PS2 in the other models were removed from the 40gb version to make it cheaper.

Depends on how much you plan to get out of the game. But for a PS2 game? Yeah that's a waste.

yes Ps3 runs all abilites of any game ( except for the really old ps2 games....) it will run onlin, wireless things, any game. ps3 = much better version of ps2....menaing it runs the same shyt.

They should use more of the PSN stuff.. Damn Sega slipped on making some cash on that thing.
