expansion question (tech disk related)

I've decided after alot of thinking that human might be the best race for me. Anywho I was reading up on here and wanted to confirm something I read. Is it true that I can swap tech disks between characters in AOI? My Newman force has leveled most spells to half and I was wondering if they could be swapped to the human I make. Any help would be appriciated.

Yes, you can turn your PA's into discs and transfer them between characters on the account.
