Well, I've read through several long topics and couldn't find an answer to this question. I was looking at shadoogs in the Item Database and noticed they don't have an Att stat, just Tech and Acc. So my question is, does the Tech determine how much damage a shadoog's bullet does, or simple increase the SE proc rate? And if it's the damage, would wearing a head unit like Sori/Force or Sori(or)Te/Tech Charge, with my soon to be AF, increase her shadoog's damage output?

Damage, and yes.

Damage is based on the TP of the user i believe. So yes, a TP increasing head unit would increase the damage of the bullets.

They fire a burst around once every 3 seconds. 1 bullet bursts at C rank, 2 bullets at B rank, 3 bullets at A rank, and a penetrating shot on the current S rank. (It says penetrating shot on S ranks, but I don't like to generalize with S ranks because they tend to be unique in their abilities.)

So that would make them on par with bows in terms of speed.
