say i have a lvl 30 pa, turn it back into a disk, and give it to one of my alts. does that lvl. 30 transfer also? or does it start where my alt has it at? sorry if this was covered before.

Yes the 30 transfers.

But to get it on your alt, you have to take out the recent one and then put in the lv30 one.

The PA should stay at level 30, which is the whole point of being able to transfer them.

No worries about the whole "answered before" thing.

So you can sell them? that sounds like hell, we'd see crap like "slicer PA capped at 40 99999999 Come buy now!!" or something like that in shops....

and it would make rich people that cant play worth crap buy there skills making them look powerful....

From what i heard, they are just like frags. They can only be switched and traded on the common box beetwen your characters, but not with other players (thank god).

ahhh cool it has its cons and pros
like people wont benefit from others work
but we can also make money off our unwanted PAs that we lvled but dont like to use due to over using them
