PSU AOTI require cd-key?

Does anyone know if the pc version requires a cd key? I just know the orginal didnt and made it wasy to install no hassles.

I don't think its going to, still nothing on PLAYSEGA that says you have to register a CD KEY with your game, so I will just assume there will be no CD key.
