i would like to know what mission i have to do to get to the lobbies where the new missions are?

Technically, you shouldn't have to do any missions just to get to the lobbies where the new missions are. In AoI you'll be able to transport to any field lobby you've previously visited! (for a nominal fee of course ^_^)

That still requires you to do the missions to get to the lobbies for that to work. o_O
