I also have a psycho wand, but there's no way I'm trading it.. it decreases TP cost by 50 percent!!!!! Besides I'll never trade that item unless I can get a dark bridge.. Gotta love being a force.. I trade a parts of robochao for that wand.. haha

I'm thinking you haven't used the Psycho Wand yet because I've used it and I hate it. I don't know about decreasing TP cost by 50% but it drained my HP by half from casting 1 Rafoie! I never use mine it just sits in the bank.

Fonara, I have used a psycho wand. I can prove it. It does decrease TP cost by 50 percent. When an enemy comes near you, the top unfolds to make three prongs. It takes off the normal tp cost from your health and decreases tp cost by 50 percent... By the way, were you in ruins when it happened??? because when a c bringer charges up, your techniques used with the wand take down half your health.

Here's another tip about the psycho wand.. In ultimate caves, my rafioe without the psycho wand equipped does 371 damage. With it equipped, it does 457 damage. Also, the three prongs that spike out of the top, the one in the middle is a bit bluer than the other two. Also, the psycho wand looks short in length. When you swing it, it extends by a blue like pole coming out of about the middle of the thing. I have used one.. and I am still using it now

Yes I was in Ruins but there wasn't a C-Bringer in the room where I used Rafoie. I died from casting Rafoie twice lol, but then again I was only level 34 when it happened so maybe my max HP was too low to begin with http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif
