I can't seem to connect to the server

I got my subscription, and when i log in, it says authorizing account, then i get the terms of service, and then it gives me an error message saying I can't connect to the server, and that i should check mainenance. This is pc btw. I thought pc servers were up again? wth? anyone else?

EDIT: I forgot that pc doesn't download AOI http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif Sorry I don't know why, maybe extra maintence ?
