World merge commemoration rewards
In honor of a successful merger between both Worlds, the Japanese PC/PS2 servers will be receiving a two week long period of +10% synth bonus to weapons and line shields as well as super holy photon fortune from November 22 until December 06.

Seasonal lobbies
From November 22 until December 06, two seasonal lobbies will be put into place. Clyez and Ohtoku Cities will be decorated with the autumn lobby (as we are now) and Dagora City will be decorated in honor of the winter festival thrown in celebration of beasts' ancestors.

New field
AMF Central Headquarters will be released. (This is the place that looks like a light version of the HIVE.)

New missions
"Electronic Personification" C-S
The AMF's main computer, Mother Brain, is running out of control, and the only way to stop it is by destroying it!
(It says that one personal can clear the mission, however three or more people are recommended.)

"Machine City Collection Shop" (Item exhcange mission)
Yokus Melton at the Parm Leaf café (Koltova Juice bar) is hosting a special item exchange mission where she will give you special items in exchange for random stuff. She will also be able to present you with item drop information!

New items
* Numerous new weapons, line shields and units will be added to the game.
* New color variations of existing clothing and parts will be added.
* Lots of new room goods will be added.
* Casino Volyale (or Voloyal, whichever you prefer) will receive an update to the items in its exchange shop.
* New partner machine evolution devices will be added.
EX Device GH41x-series: requires battle stat of 10+
EX Device GH42x-series: requires battle stat of 15+
EX Device GH43x-series: requires battle stat of 20+
EX Device GH44x-series: requires battle stat of 25+
EX Device GH45x-series: requires battle stat of 30+
EX Device GH470: requires battle stat of 10+ (young boy type)
EX Device GH480: requires battle stat of 30+ (butler type)

Special notes: Regular PSU players will see GH470 and GH480 types in player rooms as the base GHX-005. When on missions, they will appear as a generic blue model, much like Lumia would appear to a non-expansion player.

* The Nanotransformer EX will be released, thus allowing you to incrementally increase your partner machine's storage capacity to a max of 500 items.
* The Parum Move Pass will be added, allowing players to move their room to the GUARDIANS Branch barrack on Parum.
* Shitenkaku's offertory box will be updated.

System adjustments
* Slicers will be adjusted so that PP recovery for A-rank slicers will be reduced. Accuracy for A- and S-rank slicers will also be reduced.
* Chikki Kyoren-jin, the slicer photon art, will see some similar adjustments, as well.
* Wartechers will be granted S-rank twin claws and knuckles.
* Some adjustments will be made to how long the photon fortune lasts for players who have it improved by the shrine maiden at Shitenkaku.
* Meseta drops will be adjusted in all missions.

I wonder if those EX devices will mean that people will finally be able to change their 410 series into the 420 series. I know many people who have been waiting on that one if that is what it is. My PM's battle stat is 80 right now (452). I better start working her up to 100

Hmm... so how do these EX Devices work exactly? From what I can tell, only the 470 and 480 are new, and the other EX stuff are just minimum requirements to be able to get them to become 470/480, right?

Thanks Espio. I'm also glad about Slicers getting nerfed, despite being a huge Slicer lover in PSO, I don't want them to be godly powerful. I just hope we get that rebalancing soon.

The b stat ratings on the EX 41x ~ 45x devices are the sole requirements to use them, in other words you can change from 45x to 41x. Forces and tech PMs rejoice, fighters and striking PMs also.

Slicer nerf won't change much, expecting slicer nerf #2 in 3 months.

Well, if thats the case, then I think this solves the whole issue with character which PM raising and 0ing out PMs.

This would have saved me a week of deciding which alts was going to be raising a Tech PM. XD

I hope the nanotranser EX don't cost too much, you need to buy 4 of them to max out.

As for getting rid of people from Sky temple, I really doubt it. What made Sky temple popular is the fact that everything is so weak to begin with, and the narrow corridors make everything susceptible to slicer rape. AMF base, is the exact opposite of that, especially with neutral enemies (and the freaking Neutral Zonde bazookas).

Oh for crap's sakes. I've put up with awful synth rates on my striking 42x forever just 'cause I wanted a type that would be helpful in combat.

I take it there's no device that will let me rebalance her stats to pure striking without blowing away all my combat levels.
