Sorry, names of the places and lobbies escape me.

Go to the Ice lobby on Moatoob and do the Ice Cave mission. That will lead you to the lobby where the De Rol Le mission is.

For Neudaiz, the mission is at the Kego Hot Springs.

The area name for the new missions in Moatoob is Granigs Mines.

As to where that is Im not sure, but Im guessing the ice fields would make sense, since there was a locked gate if I remember correctly.
